Currently we are looking for a "Senior Product Manager" for a leading pharma company.
Job Location is Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the new generation insulin product, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, medical affairs, clinical development, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development, launch, and commercialization.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, by developing and executing marketing plans, conducting market research, and analyzing product performance.
- Develop and manage budgets for the new generation insulin product and ensure that financial targets are met.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to product management team members, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- MBA degree from Tier 1 colleges is required.
- At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful pharmaceutical products in the diabetes care space.
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in diabetes care, and strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record in managing product lifecycles, from ideation to launch and beyond, including product positioning, marketing, and sales.
- Experience in managing budgets and financial targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
