Senior Product Manager - Payments/Issuance/Gift Cards - eCommerce

Basic qualifications

1. 8+ years of relevant work experience in product and technology management in fields such as mobile payments, mobile wallets, prepaid products.

2. Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing, developing, launching and scaling new consumer products in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

3. Ability to think big yet pay attention to detail. Strong bias for action, ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and create a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills

5. BA or BS degree

6. Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion

7. Keen analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases, attention to detail

Preferred qualifications

1. M.B.A from top institutes

2. Understanding and practice with project management methodologies, especially those that support agile software development environments

3. Experience in vendor contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships

4. Experience in dealing with regulatory and supervisory bodies
