What you will do?
- Support US-based small and medium-sized businesses in efficiently managing their payment operations and facilitate the seamless transition of all their money movement in and out their company
- Take ownership of a specific product area within the payments domain (Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable) with a large surface area. Responsible for developing and driving product adoption of complex business workflows.
- Collaborate closely with customers, partners, management, and cross-functional teams to define the strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Lead a core team of engineers and designers in creating exceptional products that address the complex payment challenges.
- Utilize your proficiency in data analysis and customer feedback to continuously iterate and develop products that resolve customer pain points.
What you need?
- You should possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to product management.
- You must demonstrate a deep understanding of customer pain points within the financial technology sector. Your role will entail simplifying intricate business problems and deliver solutions with intuitive user-experiences.
- Attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to adeptly communicate fintech concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
- As a self-starter, you should thrive in the dynamic environment of an early-stage startup, capable of navigating ambiguity while remaining focused on driving impactful outcomes.
Nice-to-have:
- Prior experience in a fast growing startup environment.
- Experience in building fintech products within US payments technologies, including ACH payments, wire transfers, and card integration
