Senior Product Manager - Payments

Looking for Senior Product Manager for a online payment gateway which allows Indian businesses to collect payments online through credit card, debit card, netbanking and popular wallets including JioMoney, Mobikwik, PayUmoney, Airtel Money, FreeCharge, Ola Money and PayZapp etc....

What will you get to work on-

Own products within the organisation, be responsible for their overall performance

Expand on new lines of thought and build new products and flows.

Work with the PM/SPMs on various products, helping with the product planning

What do we expect from you-

Work with the product on existing projects, helping with the product planning.

Own large independent components of a product or the entirety of a product

Work on and manage go-live strategy for owned products.

Research and plan base product strategy for newer fintech products from our roadmap.

Work closely with tech, participating in the tech discussions

Design and structure our API request/responses for various products

Work with teams like CSM, Inside Sales, Ops etc. to improve our customer retention, identify avenues for cross-selling/up-selling at a product level

Strong analytical skills. Ability to break down a complex problem into logical components, from product and tech perspective.

Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Should be able to clearly define the problem statement, the solution, strategy etc. in a product spec

Should have a grasp of what problems we want to solve for customers. Ability to identify gaps, walk backwards from the user and structure features/solutions to the same.

PMs don't design the solution, but they are in constant conversation with engineers. Should have knowledge of technical systems. Experience with coding is plus.

Ability to prioritize and get things done. Ability to understand what features are important compared to others.

Track record of shipping stuff. Can they think big- Ability to influence engineering, pitch an idea to leadership in a convincing manner.

Grasp of language in order to effectively communicate, verbally or written

Basic understanding of handling UI/UX in a product

Good to have skills:

Ability to create wireframes

Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics etc.
