Description - The successful candidate will be part of our Client's platform product team and lead the creation and expansion of their payment acceptance capabilities in geographic spread as well as modes of payments.

Job Description :

- In this role, you'll work with payment services & banks across the geographical spread of the company to create payment acceptance. You will also lead a scrum team to integrate with external partners as well as develop internal platform capabilities needed to support the payment acceptance product.

- You'll scope the markets for different payment acceptance options which fit with the requirements across our retail, institutional & small business customer segments, thus enabling critical business requirements.

- You will also be the product owner for the Inward Payment Processor which is the key to handling the variety of payment acceptance methods and provide the services to customer facing applications

Profile:

- Minimum 5 years experience managing digital payments products, preferably in Payment Gateway domain

- Experience of building or integrating with online Payment Gateway products

- Must have worked with technology architects & engineers to develop payment products

- Should be comfortable with data, analytics and decision making based on data

- Interpersonal skills and ability to influence - ability to translate multiple business priorities into a meaningful road map and articulate to stakeholders for their buy-in

- Team Effectiveness - Ability to work in a cross-functional, dynamic environment and support fellow team members in the achievement of their goals

- Multi-tasking - Ability to manage multiple complex projects at various stages of product development simultaneously

- Entrepreneurial drive & bias for execution mindset
