Senior Product Manager - Online Healthcare

We have an opportunity with one of our leading client for Sr. Product Manager role.

Job Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute the launch of the company's new web portal in India, based on the needs of Doctors, Pharmaceutical companies and other healthcare clients and in line with business objectives of the company

- Grow services continuously after launch based on user feedback and quantitative analysis of data collected, key measures and metrics

- Use quantitative analysis to identify issues/improvements continuously and develop measures and plans to address the identified issues. Implement these measures quickly (e.g. design AB test with team members ) and verify the effects on the implementation and plan further improvements to the idea

- Lead projects to implement the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle at high speed, by identifying current issues based on figures and setting priority

Design future concept and growth of the existing services including non-contiguous growth, based on opinions collected from physicians and pharmaceutical industrial trends etc.

- Design information architecture and develop wireframe of our website

- Conduct usability tests

- Gather necessary external resources, and negotiate with business partners/vendors

- Understand, interpret and represent the needs of various stakeholders of the business including Physicians, Pharmaceutical companies etc.

Qualifications and desirable traits

- Prior experiences of taking leadership role in either of development of business, development of service, or project to launch web site, and playing a successful role on it. Note: Experience in below areas would be desirable though not mandatory:

- Internet service, Web service

- Healthcare related business

- Ability to generate creative ideas with capability for blue-sky, out-of-the-box thinking. The candidate should be able to balance this skill with a strong acumen for data and quantitative reasoning

- Self-starter, detail-oriented individual with an obsession for goal achievement

- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills in order to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the work

- Possess necessary set of skills to develop information architectures of websites, including knowledge and experiences to design websites, especially for layout
