The role is to lead the product team in developing one of the first of its kind product with future tech bulit into it for a industry which is tuned to reach 2500 cr by 2026.
What will you make happen.
- Develop our GTM proposition
- Build and lead a team of Junior in Product Team.
- Develop deeper insights and understanding of the dynamic market requirements through advertiser/client interaction and facilitate "Why Buy?" propose solutions more suited to client needs, hence resulting in better monetization of advertising opportunities in tune with Digital marketing trends- consumer and customer, New age App industry, Big data and Analytics
- Own our user growth projections
- Model our user growth projections based on historical trends and market realities
- Develop advertiser value propositions linked to our position of strength on these metrics vs. other digital & TV mediums
- Develop tracking mechanisms & prepare various dashboards to increase sales efficiencies Building sharp execution templates
- Build relevant post-evaluation process
- Understand how advertisers measure campaign success: Key metrics used, 3rd party evaluations done (Nielsen, Kantar etc.)
- Lead and launch efforts to enable long term bottom line impact.
- To improve app user experience and develop new experiences for user retention and new users.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Overall experience and 4+ product role and leading a team.
- Experience with GTM strategy development & execution for growing a new business or product category
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects in parallel while delivering high quality of output and bringing innovative ideas
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment with a self-driven attitude.
- Ability to work with external stakeholders to drive brand sales
- Ability to analyse data
- Previous role in product development and new product launches a must.
- Postgraduate degree from a leading institute in Product management will be a benefit.
