Senior Product Manager - Loan Management System

About the job

We are seeking to hire a Product Manager with the responsibility to:

1) Lead the Loan management system which includes (and not limited to) Retail loans like Personal loan, Education loans, SME loans like term loans, Supply Chain solution, Corporate loans and structured finance

2) Lead the collection system implementation

3) Production support for Loan management system and collection system implementation

4) Lead the Loan management system for any new product added to the Incred Product Bouquet

Key responsibilities

- Vision and alignment

The PM will help craft, flesh out, and align leadership to the long-term strategy, roadmap and operating plans towards building a sustainable loan management system.

- Working backwards

He/She will be responsible for understanding and researching internal customer (Like Operations, Business, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Collection etc.) pain points, their expectations and existing gaps to come up with a stream of improvements and automation ideas.

- Execution excellence

He/She will be responsible for prioritization of items on the roadmap and pre-aligned operating plans - tracking delivery of agreed deliverables. This individual will raise the bar in his/her team for upfront product discipline (knowing the why and the what, tight vertical/MVP slicing of scope to deliver value fast) as well as for backend product discipline (product demos, documentation, ZERO bugs, NFR requirements etc.)

- Reporting

The PM will be reporting to the Head of Product

The ideal candidate will have:

- CA and / OR MBA from a top business school.

- Any technical know-how and expertise alongwith CA/MBA will be strongly preferred

- Strong product knowledge of Retail loans, Term Loans, Working capital loans, Supply Chain finance

- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)

Required

- Total 8+ years experience with at least 4 years+ in Loan Management and 2+ year in a startup environment

- Experience in leading and mentoring product managers

- Fintech lending experience, especially in an Indian context

- Fantastic communication skills

- Comfort with ambiguity and fast paced environment

- Clearly demonstrable impact in past roles
