About the Role :

We are hiring a passionate, visionary product manager to build our Loan Management System inhouse.

This will be an interesting role - you will effectively be building the bank of the future. You will lead the launch of all new consumer products in various markets, building an active customer base of tens of millions of people. Your product work will help ZestMoney become a multi-billion dollar global company.

In this role, you will be the internal product visionary, inspiring the rest of the organisation with your clarity and view of the products of the future. You will own the roadmap for our customer product, prioritise features and requirements.

Role and Responsibilities :

- Lead projects and enhancements related to corporate Lending and Limits

- Upon receiving request for initiation of project (from Seniors / stakeholders), discuss with Team leader for preparation of initiation

- Prepare functional documents, project plans, prepare/review solution documents, getting sign off on the requirements from stakeholders, prepare Test Cases, configuring systems, conducting UAT

- Understanding system functionalities and map user requirements to the functionalities, provide solutions.

- Ensure proper tracking of issues, escalation to seniors for critical issues and timely closure

- Complete activities as per plan for activities assigned

- Handle discussions with vendors/consultants, for project scoping, planning, documentation, timelines and delivery

- Keeping abreast with market/regulatory developments and best practices pertaining to the Lending area.

Key Skills Required :

- Prior work experience in the lending technology domain for at-least 3 years, overall experience of 4 years.

- Added advantage if worked upon Transactional ledger based systems or experience in Core banking systems like Finacle , Flexcube, BaNCS, SAP , T24 transact or loan management systems like Indus, Finnone Neo, CLS, Mambu etc. Extensive stakeholder management with Operations, Collections, Tech and Support departments.

- Sound understanding of, Disbursements , Repayments and related processes for loans.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Good understanding of project management life cycle. Good at planning, stakeholder management and execution

- Good communication (both verbal and written) and ability to work as a team player
