Senior Product Manager Lead- Bancassurance

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bancassurance Product Lead to drive the development and management of our Bancassurance product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both banking and insurance, with a proven track record of product development and management within the bancassurance space. This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver competitive and profitable products.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the bancassurance product strategy in alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

- Led the development and enhancement of bancassurance products, including life insurance, health insurance, and other related products for banks.

- Define product specifications, pricing strategies, and distribution channels to optimize product performance and profitability.

- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and profitability, and implement strategies to drive growth and improve performance.

- Drive CBS, AD, and Bank payment integrations with the company's core offering. Have a thorough understanding of assisted, virtual, and direct-to-customer sales journeys

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in bancassurance products and processes to enhance customer experience and competitiveness.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, insurance partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders to support product development and delivery.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in bancassurance and/or product management.

- 5 years of Product management experience is a must. Bancassurance understanding is required.

- Strong knowledge of banking and insurance products, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.

- Proven track record of successfully developing and managing bancassurance products, including product conceptualization, pricing, and launch.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering business impact and driving revenue growth.
