We are looking for a Senior product manager with 5+ years of product and solution experience - Strong experience in KYC Collection, Merchant onboarding & Payment experience - Worked on Network and regulatory compliances on KYC - Well-versed with transaction processing and model and can interpret network and RBI circular to suggest implementations on platform. - Must worked on implementations of different merchant onboarding - Highly data and metrics oriented - Ensures success rate optimization as a continuous effort to offer best success rates on core platforms - Strong collaboration with business and inter-functional teams to understand and prioritize enhancements and integrations - Contributes to optimizing integrations, brings scale in time to deliver What are we looking for: - Work with our all-star engineering team to hone and iterate on your ideas - Partner with other product managers and cross-functional teams (including risk, legal, engineering, finance, design, marketing, ) to identify, document and evaluate product requirements, roadmaps, and proformas - Work closely with user design, project management, and engineering teams in an agile environment to launch products - Work collaboratively across Product & Projects, Sales, Legal, Marketing, Digital, Service & Operations, third party service providers and other business functions to deliver successful outcomes for clients - Drive profitability across core payment streams through effective management of operating revenue and cost lines - Ensure products are competitive within the market - Effectively manage compliance and risk across the portfolio - Deliver regular reporting and analysis across the domestic payables & receivables portfolio to generate actionable insights
