Experience : 8 - 12 years

Key Requirements and Qualifications :

- 8 - 10 Years of progressive Product development

- 3 - 6 years of product management experience, preferably across the services space, with an excellent record of accomplishment in delivering on time and on budget

- 1 - 3 years of experience managing other product managers OR manage highly - complex products

- Excellent "product thinker" skills with an appreciation for the "customer backward" approach and the use of data to drive decisions

- Outstanding ability to delegate, prioritize, and manage a considerable workload, all while gaining respect and buy-in from cross-functional teams

- An excellent process-oriented thinker who wants to invest in systems that support scale and reduce redundancies

- Scrum certification a major plus
