- As we grow, you will be responsible for nurturing other Product Managers and Associate Product Managers. Your leadership will foster their professional growth and ensure our team remains at the forefront of industry innovation.

- Dedicate a significant portion of your time to R&D, staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements. This will involve both individual exploration and collaborative innovation.

- You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of specific products or technologies, leading their development from conception to market.

- Your role will involve communicating complex technical concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. As we scale, effective communication across different levels of the organization becomes even more crucial.

Experience & Technical Proficiency:

- You should have a solid foundation of 6-7 years in the professional realm, with atleast 4 years dedicated to product management and 2 years in the technicalfront.

- Your journey should include hands-on experience in software development, with coding skills being a crucial part of your toolkit.

- This technical background will empower you to understand and navigate the complexities of product development effectively.

- Product and User Experience Sensitivity: A keen eye for what makes a product exceptional is vital. This encompasses not only the user interface but also the overall user experience. Your ability to discern and enhance these aspects will be a cornerstone of your role.

- Problem-Solving Ability: Challenges should be your playground. We expect you to excel in dissecting problems into manageable segments, experimenting with diverse solutions to find the most effective path forward.
