Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities :

- Manage the product end-to-end across platforms

- Understand user pain points and needs by conducting primary research as well as looking at the data

- Drive product development from small features to entirely new products with a team of world-class engineers and designers

- Drive the overall product and feature roadmap, and manage prioritisation and trade-offs against user experience

- Write business/product requirements documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams

- Establish business metrics and indicators for success

- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into product development process

- Along with analytics, spend time with users and conduct user research to understand product gaps and make improvement

Requirements :

- Strategic Thinking: Strong understanding of business & metrics to prioritise issues and execute quickly while managing competing needs

- Excellent analytical skills: Ability to break down and solve complex problems

- Sharp Communication : Ability to articulate the problem and proposed solution clearly and succinctly

- Empathy to understand the issues faced by the users

Must Have : Graduate from IIT /MBA from IIM background
