What you- ll do:
- Product management right from conceptualisation to final delivery of product which requires to breathe your product day in and out.
- Specifying requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, understanding business imperatives, customer requirements, competitive products and technology trends.
- Make smart data driven decisions to enhance product deliverables and create consumer impact.
- Build consensus on priorities by using both qualitative and quantitative data to influence your recommendations.
- Lead the Product Design function in their efforts to develop customer use cases, personas and scenarios, as well as user interface design.
- Work with Engineering and QA to ensure alignment with product vision and deliver the output on time and as per project expectation.
- Build and measure on an ongoing basis. Refine what's working and kill what's not working.
- Have an intrinsic drive to continually look for opportunities to improve processes and experiences.
Skills needed:
- 6-8 years of overall experience with 4+ years of product experience on technology products.
- Experience of building & launching successful mobile products.
- Thorough knowledge of prevailing and emerging mobile trends and technologies.
- Must have handled a team of at least 1-3 people.
- Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 institutes (MBA preferred, not mandatory).
- Experience working at a start-up or other equivalent fast paced environment using agile methodologies.
