Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to drive consumer growth, engagement, and retention.
- Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer insights, market trends, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver high-impact product solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Define key performance metrics and track product performance against goals, iterating and optimizing based on data-driven insights.
- Drive A/B testing and experimentation to optimize product features and user experiences.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and support product launches.
- Champion the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 6-8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing products.
- Proven track record of driving consumer growth and engagement through product innovation and optimization.
- Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments, delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with consumer mobile apps and digital products is highly desirable.
