Senior Product Manager - Internet/Online

Responsibilities:

- Primary product owner of the MIUI Android platform and core apps for India market, reporting directly to the VP of Global

- Work closely with the MIUI product management, engineering and UX teams to define, design and implement MIUI features

- Own the localization of all MIUI features and apps, and manage the translation & localization teams

- Own and manage all Indian carrier customization and local certification requirements for company's products in India

- Own the India MIUI user forums, manage the MIUI non-China editorial and community teams

Qualifications:

- Bachelor and/or Masters degree(s) in Computer Science or a closely related field from a top-tier India or US university

- At least 3 years’ experience in product management, with a primary focus on consumer products

- International work experience or experience working in a multinational technology company also preferred

- Demonstrably strong design sense

- Entrepreneurial spirit, not a "corporate person" and very outgoing, likeable, presentable, humble and naturally capable of easily interacting with others

- Natural tinkerer, likes to play around with technology and build their own stuff whenever possible, enjoys coding and/or electronics projects purely for the fun of it
