Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Growth Strategies:
- Craft strategies that drive the growth of multiple companies, focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.
- Adjust strategies based on performance metrics and evolving market conditions.
Utilize Data Analytics:
- Leverage data to assess product performance, optimize user experiences, and refine strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to validate hypotheses and drive decision-making.
Implement User Acquisition and Retention Campaigns:
- Design and manage campaigns across diverse channels to attract and retain users.
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of these campaigns to ensure they meet growth objectives.
Communicate with Stakeholders:
- Present growth goals, strategies, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to inform leadership and facilitate informed decision-making.
Work with Leaders and Founders:
- Collaborate closely with company leaders and founders, providing feedback and guidance when necessary.
- Be prepared to push back and offer alternative solutions when needed.
Feature Identification and Collaboration:
- Identify and prioritize new features that can drive growth.
- Work with product development teams to implement these features effectively.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure product innovation and competitiveness.
Coordinate Technology Initiatives:
- Collaborate with engineers to manage and execute technology initiatives that support growth.
Requirements
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in product management with a specific focus on growth.
- Experience in a tech or healthtech environment is essential.
Track Record:
- Demonstrated success in driving user acquisition and retention through data-driven methods.
- Experience in scaling a startup from its early stages (0 to 1) and beyond.
Communication Skills:
Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and leaders.
Capable of offering constructive feedback and negotiating when necessary.
Educational Background:
An MBA from a top college is considered a plus.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience or familiarity with healthcare or healthtech is a bonus, indicating a potential advantage in understanding industry-specific challenges and opportunities
