RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Set product strategy & vision.
- Perform user and market research to define product requirements; write product development briefs to outline requirements
- Work with development teams to deliver product to the market
- Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and lateral teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Operational, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with product goals.
- Measure outcomes
- Work to constantly improve our product; Continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in product management
- Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience in developing and evolving products; A record of successful product delivery
- Proven track record of customer obsession
- Experience working closely with software and UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer facing products; Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs especially in an ambiguous environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA degree
- Prior experience in Voice driven solutions
- Prior experience in product management for Growth Stage business.
- A strong eye for designing elegant solutions and experiences
