Senior Product Manager

Who You Are :

As the Product Manager for internal fintech at, you will own a pod for internal fintech, which is core to operating the business efficiently and used by over 500 employees. This includes areas such as credit, collections, procurements, tax, budgeting and forecasting, etc. These are essential to help and manage the growth we have had and scale the company to the next level. This role will have leadership level visibility and you will directly interact with the business and product leadership to achieve our goals.

You Will Own :

- Strategy: You will identify the key strategy questions and drive to resolution and alignment with stakeholders.

- Roadmap & Features: You will own the product roadmap and be responsible for success of your pod

- Metrics: You will define the metrics, goals and measure outcomes.

Requirements :

- 5-10 years of experience

- CA(Compulsory), MBA in Finance is a bonus

- 5+ years of proven success in Product Management.

- Hands-on experience with ERP, Financial Systems, Inventory etc.

- Experience working with technical and research teams.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Excellent project management skills to help teams deliver on time

- Ability to create an inclusive environment to help all members on your team thrive.

- Data-driven: Experience defining metrics and running experiments and testing.

- Customer oriented: Works backward from the customer and understands needs.

- Communication: Effective written and verbal communicator
