Rupeek has several exciting opportunities for Senior Product Managers to work in the most customer centric Fintech roles. We are looking for customer oriented Product managers who can build robust products to shape the future of credit enablement. You would be responsible for prioritizing requirements for the product, defining the vision for the product, and collaborating with cross functional teams from the product design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure that the customer needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a product from conception to launch by driving cross functional teams - Develop deep customer understanding and empathy to solve their pain points - Develop product plans and roadmaps, define capabilities, and drive project execution - Define and track usage, KPIs, and other business success metrics for product features - Support a culture of experimentation by understanding the data generated by related experiments, and produce actionable, trustworthy conclusions from them
- Regularly present insights, status, recommendations and more to assist LT in making key business decisions
- Develop deep domain expertise to respond to changing market trends
- Develop innovative solutions to some of the hardest problems in the Fintech ecosystem
Qualifications (must have):
- 4+ years of experience in managing large scale customer or platform products - 6+ years of total work experience
- Bachelors or Master from premier institute
- Previous experience in building a product from scratch and scaling a small product to large scale - Good problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Innate curiosity and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment - Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills through all levels of the organization, technical and non-technical
- Biased for action
- Very strong in building customer empathy.
- Appreciation of good UI & UX
Qualifications (preferred):
- Relevant experience in Fintech industry (credit and lending domain)
- Proficient in architecture discussions
- Previous experience defining high level system design of a product
- Built & owned customer facing products for B2C companies
- Experience setting up and running A/B experiments
- Familiarity working/building customer engagement and retention platforms like Clevertap, MoEngage etc.
