Description - Build the future of banking and financial services for new age businesses by working with senior product team to define product strategy, roadmap and solve for 10X scale

Client Details :

VC funded Fin-Tech startup based in Bangalore with the audacious goal building the future of banking and financial services for new age businesses in India, starting with eCommerce brands.

Description :

- Work with senior product team to define product strategy, roadmap and solve for 10X scale

- Own specific product metrics related to Acquisition and Retention and have data driven decision making

- Adopt scientific approach to problem solving, form hypothesis and run experiments to move metrics and

drive business impact

- Conduct in-depth analysis on customers, customer actions and flow on product, including funnel analysis

to come up with actionable insights and drive engagement

- Lead product led growth initiatives and solve for growth, sales, marketing and other functions, for example lead generation solve via product

- Build strong customer empathy. Create mock-ups/UX prototype and work closely with UX and Design teams

- Convert ideas to prototypes and demonstrate them to the key partners Work closely with different teams to

drive product - core product, engineering, sales, marketing, customer success, operations and business

- Prioritize and plan features for development. Come up with prioritization framework suited to company

needs and balancing impact vs effort

- Define and measure success metrics for the product

Profile :

- Over three years of hands on experience in Product Management

- Good analytical and problem solving skills

- Good with data analytics and visualization

- Hands on experience on statistical and analytical tools is a plus

- Ability to work independently and drive product with minimal direction

- Collaborative approach with clear communication

- Familiar with agile product development processes.

- Prior experience at fast growing fintech / B2B startups will be preferable
