Senior Product Manager - eCommerce

We are looking for Sr. Product Manager for a Client based at either Bangalore, Mumbai or Gurgaon.

Our Client is India's leading independent real estate services company with a presence across India and the Middle East.

The Company has diversified interests across the real estate lifecycle and deploys its proprietary technology platform to accelerate marketing and sales.

At our (Technology vertical), we build modern technology platform with automated analytical and reporting tools. This offers timely solutions to our real estate clients, while delivering financially favorable and efficient results.

Through your experience and leadership, you'll be responsible to build and manage product team to understand their challenges and solving them.

We are looking for a product leader who has:

- Led technical products in past

- Good eye for design

- Experience working in a collaborative environment with cross-functional (e.g., engineering, UX/UI, operations, marketing, sales, etc.) teams

- Clear communication approach (with internal and external partners).

- Entrepreneurial spirit

Responsibilities:

- Plan & document short and long-term strategies keeping in mind company's vision

- Gather insights from research, market gaps or latest technologies.

- Understand customer needs and gather product requirements. Identify market opportunities.

- Break down vision into specific & actionable tasks

- Prioritise like a pro.

- Engage closely with the Engineering & Design team to help determine the best implementation methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
