Job Description :
- Evaluate and design new products/ business opportunities and present the same to senior management
- Taking care after all strategic alliances to compliment new and existing business opportunities
- Evaluating and implementing technology to best suit the business efficiencies - Customer centric approach
- Drive the online product strategy and road map for the organisation's lending products
- Lead all product management aspects of the digital channels including design of new product propositions, wire framing & prototyping, UI/UX improvements and campaign management to boost traffic and online conversion
- Implement all the efficiency building measures in the existing business models to enhance profitability
- Identify and rectify all sorts of process inefficiencies to enhance granular business productivity across geographies
- Enable effective and cost-efficient modes of business productivity tracking
- Design efficient and faster ways of loan file analysis, closely working with risk & credit team on scoring models
- Develop & build compelling product features which helps to improve loan application experience
- Manage campaign activities for Business Loans & LAP
- Worked end to end on integration activities starting from requirement gathering, reviewing test cases, business requirement documentation, user acceptance testing to production deployment
- Co-ordinate with cross functional team which involve Business, Operation and Compliance team for product launch communication and incremental release
Requirements :
- MBA /CA's with 5-8 years of experience (Business Loan)
- Experience with Banks / NBFCs working on innovative Products
- Out of the Box thinking
- Creative powerhouse with a proven marketing and business development background
- Visionary, with ability to translate in to actionable roadmap
- Proven negotiation skills, strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical bent of mind & strong judgmental attributes
