About the Role:

- We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our diabetes care portfolio, with a specific focus on insulin-based therapies.

- This role combines strategic product development with team leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive product strategy and roadmap development for our diabetes care portfolio, with particular emphasis on insulin-based solutions.

- Lead and mentor a small but dynamic team of 1-2 product professionals, fostering innovation and excellence in product development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop product solutions that address unmet needs in diabetes management.

- Translate customer insights and market research into actionable product requirements and features.

- Oversee product lifecycle management while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- 10+ yrs of experience in product management within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry

- Proven expertise in diabetes care products, particularly insulin-based therapeutics

- Strong track record of successful product development and lifecycle management

- Team leadership experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop talent

- Deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics and regulatory environment

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing insulin-based product portfolios

- Knowledge of current diabetes treatment protocols and emerging technologies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
