Senior Product Manager - Debit Cards - Bank

Role Details - Engage with stakeholders & business and develop/design Card & Payment solutions based on business requirements. Develop technical solution to business needs- Begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements and following it through development & go live. Candidate should have deep understanding of technical solutioning including interaction between Frontend, Backend, Database, APIs & should be proficient in driving 3rd party API / SDK integrations.

Overall Job Description :

- Engage with business & product teams to develop technical solution within the boundaries of the existing ecosystem. Engage with Product & IT Lead to develop and manage request deliverables per project plan and timelines.

- Evaluate business process, anticipate requirements, uncover areas of improvement, develop and implement relevant solutions.

- Performing & supervise requirement analysis, UAT & SIT testing

- Serve as a liaison between business teams and development (IT)

- Provide subject matter expertise to Business functions - integral interface between business users and IT to lead and assist in the design, development, implementation and on-going use of IT applications and solutions.

- Complete understanding of systems usage as it relates to day to day business operations and advocating improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the solution.

- Provide production support and assist in identifying root causes of application lapses.

- Provide post-implementation support to the business users related to their areas of supports.

- Ensure compliance to all processes, audit and risk matters in the execution of user story.

- Should be able to read and analyse in depth technical documentations, API documentations, system design documents.

EXPERIENCE :

- Minimum 8 years of working experience in banking environment.

- Good knowledge in bank's financial business domain (e.g. Core banking, Card management, Loyalty).

- Strong analytic and problem solving skill.

- Good communication skills are a must.

EDUCATION : Essential requirement: Bachelor Degree - in Technology/IT/Engineering.
