Roles & Responsibilities :
- Drive the strategic vision and metrics for optimizing website customer journeys and funnels within the B2B manufacturing industry, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to deeply understand customer behavior and pain points, translating insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including other product managers, to develop end-to-end solutions that are user-friendly and measurable by metrics.
- Obsessively prioritize customer needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Leverage a comprehensive understanding of the B2B commerce landscape to tailor website experiences that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
- Implement rigorous testing and experimentation methodologies to validate hypotheses and refine website strategies, always striving for incremental improvements.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team, using metrics to evaluate performance and guide future enhancements.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in website customer journeys.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, gathering feedback and input to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate with product managers across different areas to ensure cohesive and seamless integration of website solutions into the broader product ecosystem.
Requirement :
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in product management and have managed a team before
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization and adoption
- Demonstrated ability to drive product vision, strategy, and execution
- Proficiency in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis
- Demonstrate infinite ownership to drive delivery across multi-functional teams
- Track record of successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
- Experience in defining and analyzing product metrics to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and strategies clearly
- Proven ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive results
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA & additional certifications in product management are a plus
