Job Title : Senior Product Manager

Location : Gurgaon, HR

Reporting to : CTO

What you'll do : Be a full product owner: shape the vision and the foundation of the product and business that you work on! Play a key role in defining the UX of the product . Actively learn new languages, techniques, and methodologies such as R, Agile, Waterfall etc. Benchmark with other similar products and ensure that we are ahead of the curve.

What we're looking for a product leader who has :

- 6 years + experience as a Product Manager, probably in a start-up/ technology company

- Passion and ownership to solve real-world problems and someone who has seen/built a product handling large scale. Imagine millions and millions of transactions moving through the system!

- Enjoys understanding customer/user journeys (a proven UX skill set) and is able to bring key insights to create a simple yet powerful technology product

- Background in supply chain, fulfilment , logistics and warehouse technologies is a big plus!

- Experience in dealing with ecommerce marketing services like AMS (Amazon Marketing services) is a further addition to your candidature

- An analytical bent of mind and is comfortable with data-driven product strategy

- Leadership & maturity to work with/handle high-capability technology team

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- React and Redux for frontend

- Java, Springboot and Mysql for microservices

- AWS

- Ionic for Hybrid mobile apps.
