Position- Senior Manager
Department: Product
Reporting To: Vice President
Job Profile: -
Drive and scale our Business Loans proposition targeted to MSME businesses.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Build, drive and implement relevant product offerings/programs to drive Lending to MSME businesses
- Manage Product P&L and drive productivity and other key KPIs of the business
- Responsible for driving product improvements through customer insights and competition benchmarking
- Define Go-To-Market strategy, pricing and value proposition for the TG
- Own and manage the product and business scaleup by working closely with multiple stakeholders such as Sales, Credit, and Risk teams
- Monitor and manage key portfolio metrics, including delinquency rates, location mix, channel mix, productivity, etc.
Qualification & Experience
- 3-7 years' experience in BFSI industry
- MBA from reputed institute / CA
