Senior Product Manager - B2C Tech/B2B SaaS
Role & Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for our consumer tech products, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
- Product Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to define product requirements, features, and roadmap. Create and maintain product roadmaps to communicate priorities and timelines.
- Product Development: Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Work closely with engineering teams to define technical specifications and oversee product development sprints.
- User Experience (UX): Champion the user experience and usability of our products, ensuring intuitive design and seamless functionality. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product features.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for product launches, including pricing strategy, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product awareness and adoption.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor product performance and key metrics post-launch, utilizing data analytics and user feedback to assess product effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to stakeholders across the organization. Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to drive product success
Ideal Candidate:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience
5 to 8 years in product management roles, with a focus on consumer technology products in a
B2C environment.- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and industry trends in the consumer tech space.
- Technical proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies
(e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA, etc.).
