Senior Product Manager - B2C Startup - IIT/BITS/IIM

Basic Requirements:

- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within enterprise SaaS space

- Pedigrees from a reputed Institute only (IIM,IIT, BITS Pilani)

Requirement:

- Proven track record of defining product requirements and delivering successful products

- Strong orientation towards business and product metrics

- Ability to mentor, coach and manage team of product managers and designers

- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead product strategy and roadmap, in line with customers problems and company's vision

- Lead a team of product managers and drive the translation of the product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes, facilitating seamless execution

- Identify market opportunities with the help of user research and competitive analysis

- Connect regularly with end customers and customer-facing teams to collect and analyse user feedback

- Communicate the product solutions and offerings effectively internally and externally
