Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager/Lead Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our platform. You will be responsible for owning and executing end-to-end product strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with our company's mission and values. With a focus on problem-solving, attention to detail, and stakeholder management, you will lead complex projects and contribute to expanding our total addressable market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the product roadmap and strategy, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
2. Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define product requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.
3. Dive deep into the product, understanding its intricacies, and identifying opportunities for optimization and innovation.
4. Lead cross-functional teams through the execution of complex projects, overseeing multiple modules and ensuring timely delivery.
5. Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations through clear communication and regular updates.
6. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS industry, leveraging past experience and industry insights to inform decision-making.
7. Exhibit a can-do attitude and get-it-done mindset, proactively addressing challenges and finding solutions to drive results.
8. Foster a culture of collaboration, autonomy, and continuous improvement within the product team and across the organization.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
2. 7-8 years of experience in product management roles, with a minimum of 3-4 years in the B2B SaaS industry.
3. Proven track record of owning broad product responsibilities, working in companies with engineering teams of 10-50 and product teams of 4 or more members.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dive deep into product data and derive actionable insights.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
6. Prior experience in stakeholder management and driving consensus across diverse perspectives.
7. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
8. Technical background or familiarity with engineering concepts preferred.
