What you will do:
- Help SaaS Platform business find a Product Market Fit
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience and work closely with the Customer Success team to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that improve customer experience
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
- Build and manage the engineering bandwidth by acting as primary scrum master for weekly sprints
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, wireframes and prototypes
- Drive product launches including working with the marketing teams
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
