Description - The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end of a product life cycle and increase the no. of power users, platform stickiness, and doctor productivity.

Description:

- Create the long-term vision and strategy for your products and lead the definition and management of high-quality product roadmaps toward that vision.

- Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve the firm's goals.

- Own monthly reporting of your initiatives to senior leadership.

- Manage delivery of current products concurrently with future product planning.

- Determine features, write product and technical specs, organize user studies, help write test plans, manage the backlog.

- Influence trade-off decisions with the tech & platform teams regarding features and priorities within the roadmap based on overall relative impact and speed to market.

Profile :

- Recommended to have 3+ years in product management, strategy, product marketing, technology.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.

- Experience with end to end product delivery.

- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition.
