Senior Product Manager - Audio Video

- Incumbent will be responsible for product management end to end including P&L

- TV category selling through modern trade, general trade and online

- Managing product life cycle, partner for new developments and launch

- Product placement, pricing strategy & schemes, sale mix etc all decisions will be taken by this person,

- Devised the product portfolio, channel strategy and growth roadmap for home audio & speaker business

- Streamlined category strategy and processes to lead to growth in Gross Revenue

- Developed the Pricing strategy and negotiations with the suppliers to improve Gross Margin

- Formulated the GTM strategy for New products resulting an increase in Market share

- Revamped the overall inventory planning and forecasting process minimising the GMV loss

- Plan a 360-degree marketing campaign resulting in spike in Sales

- Created an annual inventory forecasting model improving forecasting & procurement accuracy.
