Senior Product Manager - App

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team and spearhead the development and enhancement of our mobile app. As a Product Manager, you will be instrumental in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy for the mobile app, considering market trends, user needs, and business objectives.

- Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining key features, releases, and milestones to drive the app's evolution.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and QA, to ensure a cohesive and successful product development process.

- User Research: Conduct regular user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences. Use insights to inform product decisions and improvements.

- Requirements Definition: Clearly define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

- Release Management: Oversee the end-to-end release process, coordinating with various teams to ensure successful and timely product launches.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to iterate on the product and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on mobile app development.

- Strong understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, user experience, and technology trends.

- Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile app development.
