Senior Products Manager - AIF/PMS
Roles and Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Development:- Define the product strategy and roadmap for PMS, AIF, and RIA platforms, aligning with the overall business goals.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and regulatory changes to innovate and refine product offerings.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set product goals and KPIs.
- Oversee the development and launch of new investment products under PMS and AIF structures.
Client Relationship Management:- Engage with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and feedback, ensuring the products align with client expectations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and high net worth clients, providing them with product insights and updates.
- Work with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention strategies.
Regulatory Compliance:- Ensure that all products and services comply with the relevant regulations set by SEBI or other regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and assess their impact on product offerings, making necessary adjustments.
- Liaise with compliance teams to ensure that all marketing materials, reports, and communications are compliant.
Cross Functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with teams across the company, including investment, sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to deliver product enhancements and new product launches.
- Coordinate with the legal and compliance departments to address any product related legal issues.
- Drive product training for internal teams to ensure a deep understanding of the offerings.
Technology and Platform Management:- Oversee the technology infrastructure supporting PMS, AIF, and RIA platforms, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user friendly.
- Work with IT and external vendors to develop or integrate technology solutions that enhance product delivery and client experience.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, such as automation and AI, to improve operational efficiency.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify gaps, and capitalize on new opportunities.
- Monitor competitors' product offerings and performance to keep the company's products competitive.
- Use data analytics to track product performance and make data driven decisions.
Reporting and Communication:- Prepare regular reports on product performance, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.
- Communicate product updates and strategies effectively to internal teams and clients.
- Develop and present business cases for new products or product enhancements to stakeholders.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement:- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging the exploration of new ideas, technologies, and approaches.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients and internal teams to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance the client experience.
