Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Manager-Credit Cards (Affluent & Premium)
Function/ Department: Credit Cards
Location -:BKC Mumbai
PS : EXP IN CARDS IS NOT MANDATORY. BANK IS LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH PRODUCT MGR EXP IN ANY PRODUCT FOR AFFLUENT/PREMIUM CUSTOMER CATEGORY.
Job Purpose:
Developing and managing the Mass & Mass-affluent product / CVP including the sales numbers for the segment and optimizing the acquisition channels contribution to the business segment.
The position will be responsible for creating relevant product proposition, managing sales funnel through interventions at sales messaging, product positioning, frictionless sales onboarding processes et al for the Affluent & Premium segment.
Ownership of product privileges, campaign metrics, smooth functioning of customer lifecycle including customer service, product planning, analysis, and P&L for the Mass & Mass-affluent segment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify the target segment needs, develop & manage the product offering through constant competition benchmarking, CVP interventions, build relevant features & offers to drive customer value proposition & profitability.
- Designing go-to market strategies, enabling appropriate communication
- Management of Credit Policy & Underwriting Processes for right customer selection, optimising the existing bank clients for pre-approved / pre-qualified eligible base
- Facilitate seamless client onboarding with minimal friction. Establishing and maintaining the internal ecosystem to support scale up of all facets of the business and execution of the segment roadmap.
- Work closely with Analytics team for creating the right personas basis lifestyle, behaviour, propensity etc for customized and differentiated acquisition messaging for optimal conversion.
- Own all aspects of base management, recon across product features, reward redemption, statements, stationery.
- Own all aspects related to customer service, add on, replacement & upgrade processes for the segment.
- Own and drive key P&L metrics for respective product
- Build strong relations with internal & external stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Align closely with Customer Service to build and maintain a strong customer experience.
- Evaluate & drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line and segment's strategic objective.
- Ability to evaluate potential business opportunities, structure the team's thinking, and reach insightful answers.
- Experience in managing multiple cross-functional opportunities and projects in parallel.
- Ambitious team player with the ability to manage the internal & external partners requirements and tasks in time sensitive situations.
