We are community first consumer brand crafting insanely comfortable activewear for the women of India. Founded in 2020 by ISB alum we have raised $17.25 Mn till date, latest, Series A of $15 million in May 2022 led by Eight Roads Ventures and Elevation Capital. This fundraise, one of the largest ever Series A round by an Indian direct-to-consumer brand, comes less than a year after we raised $2.25 million in seed funding from Elevation Capital in May 2021.

Role Summary :

Job Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to direct product development and ensure high return on investment (ROI.)

- You'll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement product strategies in accordance with company vision

- Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives

- Launch mobile app

- Partner and analyze feedback from stakeholders, customers and other teams to understand the requirements, features and implement the same

- Obtaining feedback from designers, engineers and in-house teams on product strategy and adjusting product specifications as needed

- Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)

Requirements :

- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role

- Experience working with UI/UX Design

- Experience in product lifecycle management

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
