Client we are Hiring for:

About the role:

They are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and launch of innovative financial products in international FX. As a key member of our product team, you'll be responsible for defining product vision, gathering customer insights, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that drive business growth.

Responsibilities & Expectations:

- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive landscape in fintech and FX space

- Product Development: Define product requirements, prioritise features, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver exceptional products

- Customer Focus: Build a deep understanding of customer needs and advocate for their interests. Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and analyse data to inform product decisions.

- Data Analysis: Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure product performance

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to develop and launch products. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to- market strategies

- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Work with external providers and services to make sure the engineering team has all the information needed in order to develop the product

1. Specific Skills to screen for :

- Trading Experience: Working with a trading product / Exchange / Hedge fund / Forex

- API Experience: Experience building API products or working with API trading connectivity

- Portfolio Management / Treasury Management: Active Experience managing investment portfolios and/or managing treasury balances with rebalancing of investments and holdings

- Technical Management: Engineering experience is a plus but not required to code. Looking for ability to track into the technical details of a product and guide development team

- OTC Experience: Work with or for an OTC Trading desk
