Candidate Profile: BE / B.Tech / MBA from premier institutes with 7-12 years of work experience. Good understanding of next gen technologies / enjoy participating in complex technical discussions and decision-making in the team.

Some must haves -

1. 5+ YOE in Product Management

2. 3+ YOE in Loan Management Systems / Loan origination systems / OR worked for MSME lending / Loan Product Companies as a Product Manager.

Key Skills: Curious go-getter / detail oriented / strong analytical skills / communication / project management

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Define and drive product vision, strategy and metrics for products

2. Work closely with the team to identify problems, opportunities and solutions that will improve the experience for our end users and allow internal teams to innovate

3. Build relations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed.

4. Gather understanding of customer engagement and best practices that can help build a world-class platform.

5. Work with content agencies and other partners to ensure that we can continue to innovate and conceptualize new design hooks and find new partnerships

6. Collaborate with a team of other Product Managers as we continue to evolve our combined product offering

7. Work passionately to ensure your team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs.
