Shipper Bidding Platform funnels - P0:
- Minimum Rate seen by shippers
- Rate selection (for both high and low quotes coming)
- Upgrading price packaging options
- KAM cost per demand
- Shipper profiling
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in identifying channels/tools to active or re-engage shippers on app
- Expertise in creating a seamless booking experience, including multiple service offering and initial usage of the platform for new users.
- Ability to leverage data and analytics to continuously improve rate acceptance% , reducing friction and drop-off rates.
Experience:
- A track record of effectively using strategies to make the product drive growth, resulting in more matches, increased adoption, and higher engagement.
Quote Prediction (ML) (Co-Owned) - P1:
- Predicted rate accuracy
- Predicted rate coverage
Key Skills:
- Experience with implementing machine learning or AI-driven solutions to improve prediction accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of the technologies and tools used to create features that improve conversion rates, including machine learning frameworks and data analytics platforms.
FO negotiation Behaviour (Owned) - P2:
- Quote Quality % (of quality FOs)Key Skills:
- Ability to engage users effectively in real-time bidding and accurately capture user behaviour.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools to track user behaviour, identify drop-off points.
Experience:
- 6+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of delivering successful funnel optimization, customer engagement
- Prior experience in working on User Facing Products/Apps in Marketplaces or Transportation Start-ups will be an advantage.
Department Level Skills & Experience:
- The candidate should possess a deep understanding of product strategy, including defining and executing a clear roadmap
- Analytical first-principles approach to understanding and solving problems.
- Deep intuition & strong empathy for users and the ability to prioritize features and improvements based on user needs and feedback.
- Experience in building and optimizing bidding & marketplace platforms, understanding and capturing users behaviour and expectations
- The ability to lead cross-functional teams, work closely with engineering, design, DS, and other departments to deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills to convey product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative product development.
Generic Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience working on dynamic pricing product or Bidding/Auction product
- Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., user behaviour, iterative development, scrum teams, sprints, personas)
- Experience in collaborating with senior leadership and influencing decision making/project planning at a program level
- Team Handling Experience - Ability to work independently and also nurture a team of APMs/PMs to deliver the goals.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments, such as start-ups or high-growth companies.
- MBA + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field [MBA not required if the relevant experience supersedes the criteria]
