Senior Product Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of at least 8 catalog specialists, drive operational excellence and efficiency in their daily workflows.
- Develop and track comprehensive performance metrics while optimizing end-to-end processes.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams through strategic hiring and continuous development.
- Ensure exceptional quality standards across all GCOI Ops deliverables.
- Design and implement standardized procedures to enhance team productivity and output quality.
- Foster clear, consistent communication channels with key stakeholders to drive alignment and results.
- Working with various teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade and Finance) to align the forecasted demand and finalizing the monthly rolling forecasts for business
- Demand Fulfilment: Coordinating with supply teams for the production basis finalized forecast.
- Working collaboratively with the team on supply strategies
- Prepare timely documentation with regards to various brand guidelines.
- Prepare a tracker to ensure that the documentation and MIS are submitted, verified and uploaded in system timely.
- Maintain all the relevant records neatly for audit.
- Organize monthly meeting with vendors to review service levels and with internal customers to understand their specific requirements
- Share information with Logistics Manager to seek solution for any exceptions and other routine operational difficulties if any.
- Any other activities that are assigned on time to time based on the leave plans of other team members
- Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
- Inventory tracking
- Periodic monitoring of sales of planned sales vs actual sales in business creating dashboards with sales & internal teams to monitor progress and take corrective actions if/where needed
- Maintenance & Order Book Hygiene
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
- Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
- Providing the monthly estimate report to the region for the dispatches for affiliates & direct customers after analyzing the supply commits & logistics plans.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Complaints should be logged & ensure strict turnaround time framework for addressing and resolving the customer complaints
- Conduct monthly forecast maintenance.
- Complete Budget maintenance for 5 years
- Ensure achieving the monthly dispatch estimates shared with the region and management for affiliate & direct customer sales.
