Senior Product Designer - UX

Role summary :

- Work closely with business, product management, development, research and other stakeholders to shape and deliver the product vision and strategy.

- Design great looking products with high desirability quotient

- Focus on creating component and documentation with the continued support of growth and evolution of the design system

- To co-create design language and system to drive delightful user engagement

- Understand strategic solutions that identify with the business values and end-user objectives

- Work closely with the HOD on overall strategy, alignment and approvals.

- Ensuring project remain on track and raise red flag as applicable

- Impart the importance of user centricity and research to build sealable and valuable solutions.

Desired skillset :

- 7-10+ years of industry experience in design and system thinking background

- A degree in Arts, interaction design, communication design from NID, IDC, JJ School or other esteemed institution.

- Up to date with general UX trends, best practices design principles and tools/techniques

- Strong portfolio highlighting skills and achievements

- Must have strategic problem solving skills, robust documentation, communication, leadership, organisational and time management skills.
