Job Description/ Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of all UI/UX projects to ensure flawless delivery and value addition
- Build relationship with clients and draw new business to grow the practice
- Support hiring the great talent that meets the business needs
- Play an UX advocate role for entire organisation
- Manage small to large teams to ensure day to day people operations
- Ensure client's success across the organisation and foster innovation
- Manage independent client/project also in parallel
- Act as a Product and Project manager to clients and to the team
- Facilitate the clients product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints/opportunities and usability findings
- Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flows for on-device software applications for a variety of screen sizes and interaction models
- Facilitate the clients product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital product
Key Requirements :
- Must have managed a team of atleast 10 people in past
- Must have 10+ years of experience in UX design for digital products
- Must be graduated from a known design school or a business school (preferred: NIDs/NIFT/IIT/or equivalent)
- Must have an eye for delivery governance of projects and managing escalations
- Must have the zeal to grow the UX business practice together
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Creative thinking and logical abilities
