Senior Product Designer - IT

Description

Thena is a pre-seed startup that is redefining customer experience for businesses. We are looking for a driven and experienced UI & UX Product Designer to join our team in our Bengaluru office. The successful candidate will have at least 6 years of industry experience and a strong background in delivering UI & UX projects preferably in software. In this role, you will work closely with our product, engineering, and GTM teams to formulate ideas for world class product design.

Role:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experiences

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

- Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications as needed

- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback

- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements

- Past experience of at least 6 years in UI/UX design

- Prior B2B SaaS experience is highly preferrable

- Proficient in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision

- Experience with user research and usability testing

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
