Role description and responsibilities
- Ability to conduct market research and apply those findings to the product
- Manage the operations and executions of the product that include liaising with vendors, coordinating with field level executives and getting the job done
- Should have the able to partner with the other business functions to define and drive substantial parts of the user experience for the respective categories
- Strong data-driven analytical skills and be able to operate and thrive with partial information and ambiguity
- Ability to understand and talk technology
Requirements and Preferences:
- MBA graduate from good B-schools
- Should have worked with multiple teams
- Preferably having 2 years of experience in Internet/Software companies as Business/Product Analyst
- Willingness to travel across cities (occasionally) and within city (regularly)
- Preferably having Exposure to Google Analytics, SAS and R tools
- Excellent communication and team skills
