Roles and Responsibility

Purpose of the Job: The Senior Process Manager ensures the efficient and effective delivery of Order Management services to the Business Units, being accountable for the full compliance with company's Global Best Practices, business guidelines, reflected into the required high level of Customer Satisfaction and meeting Service Level Agreements.

Reports to - Head of Shared Services Centre

Job Description -

Team Management

Build, develop and manage the Team Leads to fullest potential and self managing

Monitor the performance of the team ensuring a high standard of productivity and efficiency

Provide continuous feedback, coaching and organizes trainings/workshops

Manage change and accounts for the successful implementation of solutions announced by Head of SSC

Communication and Interfaces

Facilitate and Ensure efficient and effective communication with OM stakeholders in BU/SU/GBS(OtC, StP, SM)

Ensure efficient and effective working interfaces between the teamleads and contact persons in BU/GBS/SU

Prepares and participate in the Annual OM SSC Budgeting together with Head of SSC/GBS

Resources Management

Plan resources needs (FTE, Equipments) in line with Budget and collects Head of SSC approval

Optimize Costs and address proactively potential saving (eg FTE reduction) to the Head of SSC

Participate actively in the hiring process with candidate interviewing/selection decision

Identifies, develops and retains key talent in the department

End to End Process and Project Management

Implements, validates and manages the OM processes to its operational stability

Initiates process continuous improvement and re-design proposals to GPO

Provide support to the Head of SSC in assigned projects - Team Member or Project Management assignment

Appliance of Lean Sigma knowledge for improvement projects

Education - University degree in Business Administration or Economics Sciences

Experience - 10 years of experience of Team Leadership in a multicultural environment and in CSD/SCM or Sales. Project Management experience.

Good knowledge of Order Management SOPs and Business Guidelines. Good SAP Module SD knowledge; Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.

EXPERIENCE IN CHEMICAL INDUSTRY IS MANDATORY
