Work Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Analytics and Reporting
Must Haves:
- Proficient using any one of listed web analytics tools - Adobe Marketing Cloud or Google Analytics.
- Hands-on knowledge onAnalytics modules: SiteCatalyst, Adobe adhoc and Adobe Workspace
- Exposure to retail / Ecommerce / Marketing web analytics
- 4-5 Years experience in executing web / analytical projects
- Drivescoping and manage expectations in data & reporting delivery
- Engage with international clients to understand and delivery on 6-12 month road map
- Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task between at least 2-3 live projects in parallel with execution team
- Experience of managing team of 10+ people
- Flexible to do hands-on work on business critical work stream
Good To Haves:
- Certifications - Adobe Business Practitioner, Google Analytics certified, Google AdWords certified
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office and VBA or Python skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills:
Technology - 1 Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics,

Responsibilities:
- Interface with the client independently to give status updates on projects and help in issue resolution
- Engage clients to brainstorm and build rapport as a trusted advisor
- Guide team with solution and delivery road map
- Share best practices of delivery, business insights and recommendations with team/clients
- Mentor team members to strong career path and guide right areas to upskill
- Coordinate with business partners to drive and complete actions critical to business
- Drive initiative to move up the value chain with client stakeholders
- Conceptualizing (or identifying), implementing & sharing process improvements
- Need to identify process improvement areas which can be implemented in the program, currently used in other processes
- Tracking various business critical KPIs and identify trends
- Develop and conduct process health checks and knowledge audits
- Timely business reviews with clients and operations review with leadership team
- Manage attrition, identify future staffing needs and formulate recruitment plans
- Ensure team participation in recruitment and all HR initiatives
- Develop, implement and maintain performance monitoring systems
