Senior Process Lead

Position Purpose :

- This position is responsible for helping business / Ops to formulate & align bank level Credit Card Operations SOPs for processes as per internal/regulatory guidelines for a strong and sustainable control framework and to have seamless execution of processes and procedures.

- This position will be responsible for facilitating development & revision of SOPs in Credit Card Operations.

Position Responsibilities :

- Process Management

- Engage with Business, BSG, Operations and other stakeholders to understand the key requirements of the new processes/products and facilitate in developing the SOP with the process/product owner in line with Regulatory & Control requirements.

- Identify all inter-linking Business / Support Units, ensuring documented hands-off procedures and related controls. Each inter-linkage should clearly define the Roles & Responsibilities of each stakeholder.

- Lead process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternatives including automation and adopting best practices across industry.

- Articulate the inherent risks involved and suggest mitigation. This is more critical in today's fast changing environment.

- Facilitate periodic review and updating of the processes through product/process owner in accordance with change in regulatory/ internal guidelines.

- Monitor deliverables tagged to the team arising out of regulatory/internal committees/Audit etc. for timely closure.

- Lead and develop team of individuals to help and deliver the SOP governance.

- Develop good interpersonal relationships, deliver results, analytical thinking, stakeholder management and excellent organization skills for seamless closure and implementation of the SOP governance.
